Productive Process
Coco Colima, S.A. de C.V. It produces dehydrated coconut through a modern, safe and harmless process which guarantees the high quality of its products.
In general terms our process production is divided in twelve sub-processes carefully designed and controlled in accordance with the system for the assurance of the safety of food: HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Crit)

The steps that comprise, in general terms, our production process are described below:
1. Receip of pulp.
Pulp verification of conditions receive optimal quality of the coconut pulp: color, odor, conditions of cleaning, strange or foreign materials, etc.
2. Washed pulp
Primary reduction of microbial load, removal matter strange or alien in order to improve storage conditions and slow decomposition.

4 Sterilization

9. Hovering
